Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Zovica App ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. App Features & Local Processing

The App provides the following features:

• Voice Recording Transformation: Record your voice in real-time and apply effects.
• Audio File Transformation: Import existing audio files and apply effects.
• Text-to-Speech Transformation: Convert text to synthesized speech with effects.

Privacy Commitment: All audio processing and transformations are performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your voice recordings, audio files, or text inputs on any external servers. Your data stays on your device.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the App to:

• Non-Consensual Mimicry: Record or transform the voice of another person without their explicit knowledge and express consent.
• Fraudulent Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity to deceive, defraud, or mislead others (including the creation of "Deepfake" or unauthorized AI voice synthesis).
• Harmful Content: Create, share, or distribute audio for harassment, abuse, defamation, or any illegal purpose.
• Intellectual Property: Use copyrighted audio material (such as songs or movie clips) without the legal right to do so.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, transform, or share using Zovica.
